The dance shoes we offer are high quality products and need to be handled with care. Your dance shoes will stay in prime condition when you adhere to the following:
General:
- For indoor use only.
- Wear in dry condition only.
- Prepare more pairs to wear alternatively.
- Use proper shoe brush and clean shoe soles regularly.
- Never expose shoes to extreme cold or warm conditions.
- If moisture is present, then dry naturally.
- Store in shoe bag. Do NOT use a plastic bag.
Care for heels, sole and upper:
- Brush the suede sole heel to toe, in one direction, whenever it becomes flat and smooth.
- Dark colored leather uppers; remove dust with dry cloth and apply shoe polish regularly.
- White leather uppers; cleaning with shoe wax is recommended.
- PU, Synthetic and Patent leather uppers, remove dust with damp cloth or shoe wax. Never use shoe polish.
- Nubuck uppers; remove dust with damp cloth and dry naturally.
- Satin uppers; clean with damp cloth and dry naturally. Never use shoe polish.
- Heel Protectors are highly recommended for ladies Standard & Latin shoes, but are not required.
- Heel Protectors should be replaced before wear or damage has occcured to the original heel tip.
